Fifteen semester credits, including:

All of the following:

CATH 201Faith and Reason

Of the nine remaining credits, take at least two different courses:

CATH 301Church and Culture

CATH 306Topics in Lives of the Saints

CATH 308Topics Cath Intell & Art Trad

II. Other Program Requirements

Catholic Studies students are expected to participate in three types of co-curricular activities; minors must complete two activities per academic year. 

  • Truth: e.g. academic lectures
  • Beauty: e.g. symphonies, a Latin Mass, a trip to an art gallery
  • Goodness: e.g. Campus Ministry group or retreat; service project coordinated with the Hunthausen Center for Peace and Justice
Participation will be tracked throughout a student's academic career and will be recorded in the final semester.
