Article II: Student Code Authority

  1. The Dean of Students and Retention is the person designated by the College President to be responsible for the administration of the Carroll Code.
  2. The Dean of Students and Retention shall develop policies for the administration of the student conduct system and procedural rules for the conduct of hearings that are consistent with the provisions of the Carroll Code.
  3. The Student Conduct Administrator shall determine the composition of Student Conduct Boards and Appellate Boards and determine which Student Conduct Board, Student Conduct Administrator and Appellate Board is authorized to hear or decide each matter.
  4. Decisions made by a Student Conduct Board or Student Conduct Administrator are final and binding, pending the outcome of the appeal process.
