Refund and Full Withdrawal from the College
In instances where a student withdraws from Carroll College due to personal reasons, administrative withdrawal, or suspension; the student’s tuition and student fees will be charged based on the date of withdrawal. Program, laboratory, course, workshop, and new student orientation fees are non-refundable.
Master of Accountancy & Master of Social Work Withdrawal Refund Policy
The withdrawal policy is determined by the number of weeks of each scheduled module. The course must be dropped prior to start date to receive 100% refund for the course. If the course is 8 weeks (for example), the student has 8 calendar days to drop and receive a 50% refund. On or after the 9th day, 0% refund. For courses longer than 8 weeks, must drop within the first 8 calendar days of the course.
Drop Policy
In instances where a student drops from some courses but continues others, no tuition refund is made for reduction of credit hours after the last day to change course enrollment as shown in the academic calendar. Additional program, laboratory, course, workshop, and new student orientation fees are non-refundable.

Refund Policy for Graduate Summer Semester
Students must complete a drop card at the Registrar’s Office by the drop date. The refund policy for both the Master of Accountancy & Master of Social Work summer term is the same as the fall and spring terms.
