Other Carroll Scholarships and Grants

Borromeo Guild Grant (need-based)

Borromeo Guild Grants are need-based scholarships and grants for students not eligible for Advantage Awards (see below). Priority consideration is given to students who are admitted to Carroll and have submitted their FAFSA by February 1st. Carroll College need-based grants are funded through the generosity of alumni and friends of the college.

Montana & Northwest Advantage Award

New First Year students accepted for admission who have graduated from a Montana, Idaho, Oregon or Washington high school and have filed a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) by June 1, may be eligible for an additional $1,000 to $12,000 Advantage Award. Amounts are based on your FAFSA results with an SAI below our cost of attendance. Receipt of athletic scholarships will reduce or may cancel this award.

Endowed Scholarships and Grants

Carroll College endowed scholarships and grants result from gifts to Carroll by individuals and institutions interested in helping Carroll students succeed. Donor restrictions apply in most instances and most are need-based, which require the results of a FAFSA. Applications for endowed scholarships are not required for endowed scholarships as funds are allocated in accordance with donor restrictions and/or specifications and Financial Aid Office policies.  Carroll College scholarships and grants are available for students pursuing their first baccalaureate degree.  Post-baccalaureate degrees do not qualify for Carroll gift aid unless specified by the endowed or cash grant donor.
