SW Electives

MSW program students are required to complete two 2-credit elective courses while completing the program. These courses are typically completed in the spring semester of the program’s specialized year. The program typically offers five elective options for students to choose from. These options may include permanent courses such as SW508 Pathway to Private Practice or SW517 Practice with Children and Youth. Additionally, elective options may also include SW589 Special Topics courses that cover a variety of topical areas.
