Entrepreneurship Certificate
Description
The Entrepreneurship Certificate is designed to allow students to obtain the necessary skills and abilities to pursue the development of an/their entrepreneurial idea with a professional individual as a mentor.
Student Learning Outcomes
- The student will learn how to develop a business plan
- The student will develop a business plan for their own idea or work with others on theirs.
- The student will work with a professional mentor to develop their idea as far as possible, hopefully to commercialization

Notes:
- All entrepreneurship certificate students must earn a grade of “C-” or better in all required courses.
- Where optional course electives exist, courses cannot be double counted to fulfill requirements in more than one area in the business majors, minors, or certificate programs.
