Spanish Education (K-12), B.A.
The Spanish Education (K-12) major prepares students to teach Spanish courses at all school grades level. The program focuses on the content of the Spanish discipline, as well as, the pedagogical skills necessary for teaching in a school classroom.

IV. Acceptance into the Teacher Education Program and Student Teaching
Students pursuing a major in any Teacher Education Program must be accepted to the program. See Acceptance into the Teacher Education Program for specific details.

Note:
- All Spanish (K-12) students must meet the following requirements: 1) earn a grade of “C-” or better in all Professional Education Requirements, Major Program Requirements, and Other Program Requirements; 2) earn a minimum 2.5 cumulative grade point average; 3) earn a minimum 2.65 grade point average in Major Program Requirements and in Other Program Requirements; and 4) earn a minimum 2.65 grade point average in Professional Education Requirements.
