GIS 230 Advanced Geographic Information Systems
Building on the principles acquired in
GIS 120, this course introduces many geoprocessing tools used in advanced GIS analysis. Utilizing both vector and raster data models, students will learn advanced techniques for summarizing data, proximity analysis, distance analysis, analyzing patterns, surface analysis, managing data and remote sensing analysis.
