Pre-Occupational Therapy Pathway

DR. GERALD SCHAFER, PRE-OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY ADVISOR

The Pre-Occupational Therapy Pathway at Carroll College prepares students to apply to graduate programs in occupational therapy. This pathway focuses on helping students develop the skills needed to provide therapeutic assistance to individuals of all age ranges. To learn more about the Pre-Occupational Therapy program at Carroll College, visit: https://www.carroll.edu/pre-professional/pre-occupational-therapy

Please note that completion of the Pre-Occupational Therapy Pathway does not guarantee that all graduate/professional admission prerequisites have been met, nor does it assure admission into an occupational therapy degree program. Carroll students pursuing this pathway need to work closely with the appropriate pre-professional advisor, as well as the admission office(s) of all prospective graduate/professional programs.

Pathway Requirements

Admission requirements for occupational therapy programs vary from program to program and students should check individual graduate schools for specific information about their program pre-requisites. Students must review these pre-requisites to ensure they are taking the necessary courses that can be completed as part of their academic program at Carroll.
