Pre-Physical Therapy Pathway

DR. GRANT HOKIT, PRE-PHYSICAL THERAPY ADVISOR
PROF. KELLY PARSLEY, PRE-PHYSICAL THERAPY ADVISOR
DR. GERALD SCHAFER, PRE-PHYSICAL THERAPY ADVISOR

The Pre-Physical Therapy Pathway at Carroll College is designed to prepare students for application to graduate programs in physical therapy. While students often choose majors in STEM fields, more important is a student's success in the prerequisite coursework. Internships, shadowing, and other involvement with professionals is highly encouraged as many physical therapy programs require volunteer or paid experience. To learn more about the Pre-Physical Therapy program at Carroll College, visit: https://www.carroll.edu/pre-professional/pre-physical-therapy.

Please note that completion of the Pre-Physical Therapy Pathway does not guarantee that all graduate/professional admission prerequisites have been met, nor does it assure admission into a physical therapy degree program. Carroll students pursuing this pathway need to work closely with the appropriate pre-professional advisor, as well as the admission office(s) of all prospective graduate/professional programs.
